Welcome to one of my favorite yoga poses! Legs-up-the-Wall is an amazing cure-all posture. It relieves stress, combats insomnia, soothes tired legs, and brings all-over relief to an overworked body and mind. Use this posture anytime you need to unplug and recharge:
